See a Urologist: The relationship to micropenis and testicular pain do not correlate. I'd recommend seeing a Urologist. Testicular pain can be infection or even twisting of the testicle which can lead to loss of a testicle. In case you were wondering: Micropenis is a penis less then 7cm (2.75 in) erect.
