Pain to left lower quadarant of abdomen?

Many things: Diverticulitis can cause pain there but will usually accompany a fever and diarrhea. Constipation can also cause pain there. If you have a lot of cardiac problems, it can be a sign of poor blood flow to that area. Sports hernia is another reason you could have pain in that area. Keep a look out for blood in your stool or a fever or worsening or persisting pain.
