Difficult to : say what it may be, but if you are very thin sometimes you can feel a "pulse" or "heartbeat" near major arteries in your lower abdomen. Check with your doctor if you are concerned.

Pulsation from aorta: if you feel this mainly while laying down and you are thin, it could be the pulsations radiating from the blood vessel(s) that come from the aorta
