No: No. Blood and urine tests do not detect fibroids. Imaging like ultrasound and CTs do.

No: "drug screen for employment" us. = TOXICOLOGY. this shu only indicate presence of substances (medications, supplements, street drugs, etc) that were introduced into ur blood stream from an external source (by mouth, injected, rectally, smoked, intranasal, etc). a tox would not reveal anything about anatomy or fibroids. U can always ASK, "what is this test for", or any other question b4 testing.
