Depends: Sometimes, it will resolve without treatment. A bland high fiber diet can help settle things. If u have persistent pain or fever, a doctor may put u on antibiotics. If u develop increased pain, persistent fever, or vomiting, you may need to be admitted to the hospital for IV fluids. IV antibiotics, and surgery if needed. Your doctor can help u figure out what is best in your case. Good luck!
