Not likely: Indirectly dothepin may increase dry symptoms, which secondarily affects ocular comfort. Dry eyes often affect the lid margins and can contribute to dysfunction of the meibomian glands. Buy to my knowledge, dothepin doesn't primarily affect the functioning of the meibomian gland secretions.
