Started on crestor (rosuvastatin) 3 weeks ago after 2 weeks i started having headaches and muscle aches in my legs at night is this likely due to the crestor (rosuvastatin)?

Possibly: This is very early for statin related muscle pain to occur but anything is possible. Stop the Crestor (rosuvastatin) for 3 weeks and see if the pain resolves but discuss the issue with your doctor first.

Very possibly: Hi. Statin drugs (of which rosuvastatin is the newest & most potent on a milligram basis) are known to cause muscle aches as their most common side effect. It may require the drug to be stopped or the dose lowered, depending on how bothersome it is to you, but it's very unlikely to cause any serious harm. Talk with your doctor. Good luck.
