No effect on preg: I believe your question is would an orgasm prevent me from getting pregnant. The simple answer is NO. Some women do have uterine orgasms, where the uterus can cramp a little but there is no known harm from this. This is why women can have orgasms when pregnant and not abort a baby. The main question is why did you have bleeding two weeks prior to your menses? That could be an issue.

Likely unrelated: Orgasm and bleeding are likely to be unrelated. In any case orgasm is not necessary for conception. If you have bleeding after sex again, it would be useful to consult your doctor for an evaluation as that would require an in-person examination.
