Well...: It is not a bad idea to be seen before intentional conception and have a GYN check. You are likely a healthy person and taking a look will avoid surprises. Do it! Good luck!

Depends: If you have any chronic illness, pelvic problems, prior pelvic problems, or if you are on any medications then yes. Otherwise only if you wish to establish a relationship with an obstetrician first.
