Normal cycle: Normally the menstrual cycle will come at the usual time although Plan B can cause some temporary cycle disruption in some users. Take a pregnancy test 2 weeks after use to verify that it worked. Consider starting birth control to avoid these scares in the future.

May be right on: time but it may come early or late. Potential side effects w emergency contraception include: menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period), nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, breast tenderness & abdominal pain or cramps. Take pregnancy test & notify dr if your period is 7 or > days late.
