Not normal: It is not normal for there to be pain when you urinate. While it may just be irritation from masturbating too vigorously, it can also be symptoms of urethritis or a urinary tract infection. If had any sex, can also be an STD. Need to see your doctor and have appropriate tests to determine cause. In interim, drink lots of water and probably should refrain from further irritation.
