Yes: First line treatment for female pattern hair loss is topical minoxidil. Second line treatment if the Minoxidil doesn't work well enough is a systemic drug called spironolactone, although there is a lack of controlled randomized studies of this drug on female alopecia. Finasteride is another option, but it's more controversial. Hair transplant is a last resort option.
