Yes: Fever is defined as body temperature above 38 degrees Celsius of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Normal body temperature can fluctuate within one degree Fahrenheit from the normal temperature of 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Technically, body temperature above normal and up to 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit is considered low-grade fever.
