Chest pain: Heart is important to rule out, but it may be anxiety or heart burn from acid re-flux which are often common causes in young people. Costochodritis is essentially rib pain or a type of arthritis in your chest wall as well. See Doc if they continue, so you do not suffer with this as a 17yo. Good luck.
