Here are some ...: While varicocele happens to some 10-15% of men, usually on left side, most of them are asymptomatic even in its large size - like a bag of worms. If symptomatic, the affected men may feel pressure, fullness, or ache in the affected hemiscrotum after standing for a long duration so they more feel it in the afternoon and relieves in supine position.
