Reactive node: The lymph node is almost certainly a reactive lymph node in response to your scalp condition. The occipital nodes drain the scalp region- if you have a chronic condition of your scalp, it is good/healthy/normal for those nodes to enlarge. More important is to get your scalp condition under control. It's unusual for scalp to have that much acne, so suggest dermatology visit ASAP to correctly treat!
