Depends: I dint know the severity of these burns. If it was a simple first degree sunburn red, tender, warm peeling then I doubt you should worry. If the burn was more severs blistering then it is more possible to develop a secondary infection. Watch out for worsening pain fever chills and thicker fluid coming from the areas. If so see a physician immediately
