Not our decision.: You get to determine if you are a virgin. The classification of virginity does not come from medicine or science. 20% of females do not have intact hymens and thus that definition of 'virginity' has to be false in the real and modern world.

Probably not: Being a virgin means that your hymen is intact. It is possible that what ever you inserted into the vagina may have caused the blood but also may not have caused complete disruption of your hymen. Without pain or more than a drop of blood I would imagine you are still a virgin. It might be better next time to massage your clitoris instead when masturbating and will not affect your virginity.
