Probably not: Being a virgin means that your hymen is intact. It is possible that what ever you inserted into the vagina may have caused the blood but also may not have caused complete disruption of your hymen. Without pain or more than a drop of blood I would imagine you are still a virgin. It might be better next time to massage your clitoris instead when masturbating and will not affect your virginity.
