Get checked: You say no STD signs, but yet you mention the two most common as your complaint - pain and discharge. You need to be checked out. It could be just healing tissue after rupture of your hymen, but going on 2 weeks is indeed long for that. See GYN doctor to see if any other injury or infection occurred.
