Air in colon? : Sometimes when we eat fast, hope our food or swallow air we can get gas in the colon. When trapped around the splenic flexure (mid left chest) it can cause sharp pain that can get worse and sometimes better with movement. However pain in your chest may be something serious. If pain doesn't immediately go away or if you have other issues like high blood pressure or obesity, you should be evaluated
