Growing pains: At 24 you shouldn't be growing. It might be something or it might be nothing. I don't have enough information to advise you specifically. I do think that if you are concerned, it would be worthwhile to be evaluated by a physician.

Growing pains?: I would wonder if my own son, close to your age complained of growing pains. You should probably see someone, urgent care might be the cheapest alternative for you, if you are uninsured like so many younger Americans. What kind of work you do, is your leg swollen, what time of day do you have these pains, any redness or swelling?? If no history of trauma I worry about electrolyte imbalance .
