Are silica, talc and titanium dioxide cancerous? they are listed in california proposition 65 as cancerous, but i see them in oral supplements a lot.

Depends on level: Prop 65 requires a warning on the product label if the level of chemical in the product poses a significant risk of cancer. If the chemical is listed as an ingredient, but there is no warning, this means that the quantity present is believed to be below that risk level.
