Diet can help: Avoid spicy foods but use some salt. Eat vitamin B foods like whole grains (cereals, breads) and proteins (fish, eggs, meats, nuts). Consuming lots of water and fresh fruits too have a positive effect. Also, ask your therapist about self-hypnosis techniques. And, washing w/ a warm (not hot) baking soda solution over several days helps. http://www.hyperhidrosisweb.com/foods-reduce-sweating.html
