36 what?: 36% what is aec = absolute eosinohil count? 36% of a small WBC is not highly relevant eosinophils may be elevated due to allergic conditions, or (more common outside of the us) due to parasites. Eosinophils associated with cancer or bone marrow issues is less common, but possible.
