A member asked:

Is there anything that can be prescribed for hypospadia to minimize morning erections while catheter still in? my doc suggested sudafed & didn't help

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: Go back to the doctor who did the surgery. It has been reported that ketoconazole (off label use of this anti-fungal drug) 400mg 3 times daily may decrease erections This was reported In The International Journal of impotence Research,2004, August, Volume 16,#4, pages 346-349,by these authors: Evans,Peterson,Ruiz and Costabile. Good luck.
