Not Always: Your doctors may be considering PCOS as your reasons for not being able to get pregnant, spotting, pelvic pain, or troubles controling your weight. As such, pain is not always the primary concern, and therefor may not feel your PCOS. Please return to your OBGymn or Internest to get more specific answers for you.
