Yes if...: If you do not desire pregnancy, then you need Plan B. You are at the fertile part of your cycle, and the pull-out method is useless as a contraception. The fluids before ejaculation have plenty of sperm to get you pregnant. Then you need to see someone about a more appropriate form of contraception if you are going to remain sexually active. Plan B is emergency contraception, not for routine use.
