Acne: Try otc products that contain benzoyl peroxide- if these don't work, see your pcp for evaluation because acne can cause permanent scarring. Your doctor can start you on topical retinoic acid, topical/oral antibiotics (acne can become aggravated by a bacteria called propionibacterium acnes), or birth control depending on the severity. You may need to see a dermatologist if you have severe acne.
