Valium: Valium can be used as a muscle relaxant and if a neurologist presribed it for your condition it can be taken daily and would be safe as long as you followed instructions and be seen regularly so that your condition and medication can be monitored. You shouldn't stop the medication abruptly nor change the dose on your own.
