Difficult to tell: Without more information it is difficult to tell.The headaches may or may not be related to elevated blood sugar levels.We need to know more information like how is the headache, how long does it last, nausea, vomiting, vision changes or vision loss, what triggers it, what makes it better.It is also important to know how is the blood pressure and what medications are you on.Sorry I can't help more
