Is it safe to use vaseline on moderate plague psoriasis during pregnancy?

PSORIASIS: There's no problem using vaseline at all. Only for lubrication, no therapeutic effect. For psoriasis, it is better to use vitamin d ointment or a potent steroid cream.

Yes: Yes, but it doesn't help much. I would use an over the counter product called "skin zinc, " or use some corticosteroid ointments.
