You could see: Effects like a rash at the site of use. Additionally, itchying, redness, pain or burning at the site of use is possible - mostly related to the fusidic acid(the antibiotic component). The cream also contains Hydrocortisone which can lead to skin thinning(atrophy), stretch marks, prominent blood vessels or acne like rash. These are the more common adverse effects. Best of luck.
