Steatorrhea: Commonly seen in people taking Alli (orlistat) or xenical and eating fatty foods. Also seen in people that can't absorb fats well. See your doctor about this issue.

After a bowel movement I see a slight oil sheen/dots on the surface of the toilet water. I can't see it unless I use phone flashlight and I look at a sharp angle. Stool does not smell unusual/usually medium brown. Is this steatorrhea? Health anxiety?
