If an unvaccinated child comes into clinic with whooping cough or early meningitis, that child puts others needlessly at risk - especially newborns and kids with immunodeficiency (undergoing chemo).

Yes, but . . .: This is a free country, so unless there is a major epidemic, people may choose to not get vaccines. However, all children are expected to be vaccinated because they can be harmed or killed by diseases, their diseases can infect other people living next door, the diseases are easily preventable, and since america is an equitable society, all children must share in the minuscule risks of vaccines.
