To be honest: Euphoria is usually not what an addiction physician is aiming for, because of the exact question you ask. If you are looking for that feeling then your cravings will persist. The goal for Suboxone treatment is to limit the withdrawal like symptoms while abstaining from other opioids and also "cut" the cravings without necessarily getting you "high". Best of luck with this difficult condition.

Depends: Subaxone is used in conjunction with counselling. Subaxone has less intense withdrawal effects and dose can be tapered off over a period with reduced craving
