Pregnant? : No periods, bloating, mood swings, throwing up in the mornings? Or you feel a baby inside you? Many symptoms, many causes. Pseudocyesis is a condition where it looks pregnant, feels pregnant, but isn't. Not necessarily your case, but a small factoid.
