there's nothing out there on acidic. Some of the components particular to semen (modified amino acids) make it basic.
Foods cannot make the blood acidic. While some drugs are concentrated (somewhat) in semen compared to plasma. You'd need a lot of the drug in the semen to make it acidic and of the few drugs studied that way, none are acids that I've seen.
