Probably: Concerns are for GI bleed. Possibly due to irritable bowel, crohns, ulcerative colitis, ulcers, stomach or liver disease, etc ...need labs checked and possibly CT scan and ultimately an endoscopy(upper and lower) for complete evaluation.
