Yes: Absolutely. All you need is one successful ovulation event to get pregnant if you have intercourse within 2-3 days of ovulation. Some women don't have regular periods but still get pregnant.

Yes.: Sexual intercourse with your partner is enough to become pregnant. If you are asking wether missing 2 periods = pregnancy, then not necessarily. It is the most common cause, but there are other reasons you can miss periods.
