There is a epididymal cyst in my top right scrotum. it is painful sometimes and red in colour . i am 16 years old. what should i do?

Here are some ...: Right epididymal cyst is usually a Dx confirmed by ultrasound exam while being evaluated for some sort of scrotal pain/ache, which usually requires no need for active Rx. As to being red in color, that would puzzle me because whatever inside the scrotum is invisible to an outside naked eye.
