Yes: Often, chronic sinus problems are caused by allergies, which can cause post nasal drainage and wheezing. Also , some sinus infections are caused by respiratory viruses, and these same viruses can cause bronchitis and wheezing. Antihistamines such as Claritin or Zyrtec can help with these symptoms. If symptoms persist or worsen, see your doctor. Good luck!

Chronic sinusitis: Chronic infection of sinuses is often caused (or worsened) by environmental allergies. That can exacerbate asthma and cause shortness of breath.
