Yes: Often, chronic sinus problems are caused by allergies, which can cause post nasal drainage and wheezing. Also , some sinus infections are caused by respiratory viruses, and these same viruses can cause bronchitis and wheezing. Antihistamines such as Claritin or Zyrtec can help with these symptoms.
