I have what looks like heat rash in both armpits. its spreading down my arms & sides, but my arms & sides look like i have chicken pox. what's wrong?

Pustular rash: This could be folliculitis or an irritated infectious rash from rubbing between your skin surfaces. I wonder if you've been hot and sweaty lately? Since it's spreading you should show a doc since it needs to be stopped. There are other things it could be like out of control fungus, contact allergy (any new deodorants?) or less likely the start of some viral infection--I doubt chicken pox tho.
