No: Propanetheline is an anticholinergic medication often used for the treatment of peptic ulcer disease. It is not designed to make other anticholinergics stronger and should not be taken in addition to another anticholinergic medication. This would be a duplication of therapy and could cause an increase in side effects such as urinary retention, constipation, and increased heart rate.
