Rarely, yes: some people are very sensitive to this particular effect of opioids, which can occur with all of them. It is generally pretty short lived (several hours), but the psychological effects of having problems sometimes creates a vicious cycle where both erectile function and ability to orgasm may suffer for several more hours, or (rarely) even a few days. It is completely reversible.
