What to do if i have hives now and wondering how do i treat it if i am pregnant ?

Antihistamines: H1 antihistamines like Zyrtec, Xyzal, (levocetirizine) Claratin are all category B in pregnancy and so assumed to be safe. Also H2 antihistamines like Zantac are Category B as well and we frequently use this combination to treat hives. You should be ok with a regimen like this, but I would see an allergy specialist to help you choose the safest combination of medications.
