Consult: an OB/GYN. The IgG itself is a good thing and will protect the baby. The IgG level will stay high after treating the infection (this is the concept of "immunization") and does not signify ongoing infection. I believe that if immunity is established, and if the active infectious process has been treated, then the risk to the fetus is low.
