What to do if i have been told i have sclerosis of the hips and ostecytes also does any one know if this is like ms?

Not at all: You likely possess osteoarthritis of the hips. MS does not directly affect joints of the body, but on rare occasions, steroid usage to treat MS might cause avascular necrosis of the hip joint. Sounds not the case with you.
