Wait.: Sometimes it takes 4-6 weeks of taking antidepressants , in the right dose, before you can feel any effects.As long as you are tolerating it well, I would suggest that you stay on it longer. Discuss with your doctor your concern and see if you are on the right dose.

Be patient: Don't know your dose - but wellbutrin is usually started at low dose which is increased over time. You need to be at what is an adequate dose for you, and give a chance of increasing neurotransmitter levels.
