Talk to your doc : If you are concerned. But, if you were a light bleeder to begin with, it is not uncommon to have minimal or no bleeding on some OCPs. Remember that they are not protective against pregnancy in their first month of use. Good luck!

Spotting: You are probably having breakthrough bleeding. Do not stop your pills. This nuisance should cease by the 2nd or 3rd pack. If not, may need a different pill, assuming you want to continue the pills.
