Unlikely: As a CNS stimulant, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) shouldn't cause a change in vaginal discharge, but anything is possible. The medication can increase blood pressure which may increase capillary leakage (unlikely though). The discharge may just be coincidental. Keep a calendar of the when you get the discharge. Also, it could be a sign of vaginal infection. If it does not improve, you should see your OB/GYN.
